Walibi Belgium

Walibi Belgium is a theme park in Belgium. Themeparks follows the live wait times of its 16 rides, so you know where the queue is short before you walk over.

About Walibi Belgium

Walibi Belgium in Wavre, in Walloon Brabant close to Brussels, opened on 26 July 1975 and is one of the largest theme parks in Belgium, spread over some 64 hectares. Its founder Eddy Meeùs built it into a chain of parks in Belgium, France and the Netherlands.

The name combines three local villages, Wavre, Limal and Bierges, and gave the park its mascot, a wallaby. After a few years as Six Flags Belgium it returned to the Walibi name, and today it combines thrill rides and family attractions, with the indoor water park Aqualibi next door. It welcomes around 1.45 million visitors a year.
