Question 1

Where do the wait times come from?

Accepted Answer

From the times the parks publish themselves. We refresh them every few minutes while the park is open.

Question 2

What do the colours and icons on a ride mean?

Accepted Answer

The colour follows the wait: green is short, red is long. Grey with a lock means the ride is closed today, red with a warning sign means it's down for now, and brown means it's in refurbishment.

Question 3

The time in the app doesn't match the sign.

Accepted Answer

Signs and feeds don't always update at the same moment, so give it a few minutes. The times come from the parks themselves, so we can't correct them.

Question 4

I set an alert but got no ping.

Accepted Answer

Check that notifications are on: Settings, Notifications, Themeparks on your iPhone. Focus modes can hold them back too.

Question 5

Do alerts work in the web app?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in browsers that allow notifications: allow them when the web app asks. On an iPhone, add the web app to your Home Screen first.

Question 6

Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

Not to see wait times. You need one to check in on rides, collect badges, join the leaderboard and plan visits with friends.

Question 7

How do I add a friend?

Accepted Answer

Open Friends, search for their name or e-mail address and send a request. Once they accept, you see each other on the leaderboard and in visits.

Question 8

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

In the app: Account, Privacy & data, Delete account. That removes your account, visits, check-ins, friends and badges for good, and you can download a copy of your data first. You can also mail us and we'll do it for you.

Question 9

Is there an Android app?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. The web app works in any browser, on any phone.

Question 10

Can I use it in Dutch, French or German?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The app speaks English, Nederlands, Français and Deutsch and follows your phone's language.
